Composer Phill Boucher began his career at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions, working on scores including Rango, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, and The Lone Ranger.

Since striking out on his own, his work spans games, film, and television. In gaming, his credits include seven chapters of Fortnite and Rocket League for Epic Games; Civilization VI, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and XCOM: Chimera Squad for Firaxis Games; and Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap for Robot Entertainment. He has contributed additional music to films including Disney’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, as well as television series including Disney’s DuckTales!, ABC’s The Astronaut Wives Club, and TBS’ Wrecked.

A multi-instrumentalist, he weaves guitars, dulcimers, synthesizers, and instruments from around the world into his scores, building a distinct sonic identity for each project. He grew up playing guitar in metal bands and writing concept albums before discovering his cinematic voice in college at Berklee College of Music. He currently works from his studio in Los Angeles.
